Guilty without fault or who is guilty of rape

50% of women believe that rape victims themselves to blame, reports Daily Mail. Each woman ten respondents residing in the United Kingdom believes that the victim provoked the attack by partially open minded dance or too bare clothes.

24% of respondents in this age group say that the victim is partially responsible for the offense as wearing a short skirt, and agreed to drink or talk with the offender. One fifth of female respondents believe that the victim is to blame for this since it went into the house of the perpetrator, and 13% of respondents believe that if a woman dancing or flirting liberated, it should be ready for the bad consequences .

14% of survey participants believe that most complaints of rape were a fictional story. In 2007, British police began using a new DNA test for rape in cases where it is not possible to detect traces of semen in the victim's body. Legal experts are not always able to use traditional methods for analyzing the DNA  of sperm in the investigation of rape, since 10-15% of cases, these cells are absent in the semen of the assailant. This can be explained by the fact that the perpetrator is a man with sterilization (vasectomy), or as a consequence of diseases of the genitourinary system.

To solve this problem, experts use a combination of laser technology microdissection, which allows to separate the cells contained  Y-chromosome in female cells with the genome, and the technique of fluorescent in situ hybridization. As a result of this method is possible to identify the DNA of cells of the rapist who remain in the vagina after intercourse.
